Lifetime Service Warranty for HOCHE Bags

• Warranty Coverage

1. All HOCHE bags come with a lifetime service warranty, designed to support you if repair services are ever needed.
2. For warranty claims, please email us at support@hocheparis.in.

• What the Warranty Covers

1. Manufacturing defects including stitching issues, edge paint flaws, handle or strap breakage etc.
2. Metal hardware malfunctions or breakage, including locks, doghooks, etc.

• What the Warranty Does Not Cover

1. Scratches on hardware or plating damage due to improper use.
2. Normal leather wear and tear such as:
• Marks or stains from contact with strongly dyed clothing (e.g., dark jeans).
• Natural softening of the bag’s shape with use.

• Time Required for Repairs

We require a minimum of 2-3 weeks to repair the bags.

• Shipping Costs for Warranty Repairs

• Customer bears the cost of one-way shipping to HOCHE; return shipping is covered by HOCHE.

• Non-Warranty Repairs

• Repairs outside warranty coverage are chargeable on a case-by-case basis, and costs will be communicated via email.
