TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the website www.hocheparis.in ("Site") and its associated services (collectively, "Service"). The Service is operated by SACFIANO LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED, with its registered office at C/o Mahmood Alam, Vill-Kharamba, PO-Bhojerh, Bhangar Narayanpur, Bhangar - I, South Parganas, West Bengal, 743502 ("Hoche Paris").

References to "we," "us," and "our" in this Agreement refer to SACFIANO LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED, while "you," "your," "user," or "visitor" denote any individual or legal entity accessing the Site and/or purchasing from us. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all additional policies published by Hoche Paris, including its Shipping and Return Policy. 

ACCESS

The Service is intended for personal use only and is not transferable to third parties. Hoche Paris reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including features, content, or access. By using the Service, Users confirm they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage with it. Access may be restricted in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law.

MODIFICATIONS

Hoche Paris may update this Agreement at its discretion. Updates will be posted on the Site or communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after such changes indicates User acceptance of the revised terms.

PAYMENTS

Hoche Paris accepts VISA and MasterCard for online transactions. Any unused credits in a User's account will be forfeited if the account is terminated for any reason. Credits have no cash value and can only be redeemed if the account is active and in good standing. Hoche Paris reserves the right to amend or terminate credit-related terms at any time.

TAXES

Users are responsible for applicable sales taxes.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Purchases adhere to Hoche Paris's Shipping and Return Policies. Risk of loss transfers to the User once items are handed over to the carrier. Refunds and replacements for damaged or undelivered items are subject to Hoche Paris's assessment.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Leather Goods & Accessories:
The lifetime warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. Damage caused by environmental exposure, misuse, or overloading is not covered. Hoche Paris offers repairs for a nominal fee, subject to the availability of materials. Items repaired by third parties are ineligible for future repairs or exchanges.

Product Care:
Handle products gently and store them in the provided dust bag. Avoid overloading, excessive friction, and prolonged exposure to light or moisture. Clean with a soft, dry cloth to maintain longevity.

PROMOTIONS

Users consent to receive promotional emails, including special offers and newsletters. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in emails. However, order-related and essential communications will still be sent.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

If an incorrect price is listed due to a typographical or pricing error, Hoche Paris reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY HOCHE PARIS

We may cancel orders for various reasons, including stock limitations, pricing inaccuracies, or payment issues. Customers will be notified, and payments processed will be refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order and can only be accepted if the order has not been processed. Refunds for cancellations are at the sole discretion of Hoche Paris.

FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

We actively monitor for fraudulent transactions and reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders, terminate accounts, or pursue legal action where necessary.

SITE CONTENT

All content on the site, including text, images, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Hoche Paris. Users may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes and must retain copyright notices.

USER SUBMISSIONS

Users are responsible for content submitted to the site. Submissions must not violate laws or third-party rights. By posting content, users grant Hoche Paris a license to use, modify, and share it as part of our services. Submissions promoting illegal or offensive content may result in removal or account suspension.

TERMINATION

Hoche Paris reserves the right to terminate access to the Service without notice for violations of this Agreement or security concerns. Upon termination, users must cease accessing the Service immediately.

INTERNATIONAL USE

Accessing the Service from regions where its content may be illegal is prohibited. Users are responsible for compliance with local laws.

COPYRIGHT

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of Hoche Paris or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright laws.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Site, users consent to receive communications electronically. Notices, disclosures, and agreements provided electronically satisfy legal communication requirements.

MISCELLANEOUS

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by Indian laws and resolved in Kolkata courts. If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
