Cancellation & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION
- Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, if the order has been communicated to vendors or merchants and the shipping process has begun, the cancellation request will not be entertained.
- Perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc., cannot be cancelled. However, if the quality of the product delivered is found to be unsatisfactory, a refund or replacement may be provided.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team. We will process the request once our team has verified the issue. The report should be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Please contact our Customer Service team at support@hocheparis.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, an appropriate solution will be provided.
REFUND
- Refund processing time typically takes 7-10 days.
- After return approval, pickup arrangements are completed within 48 hours.
- Returned Item will reach our warehouse typically in 4-6 days after pickup.
- Once received we conduct a quality inspection, which may take up to 48 hours.
- After quality check the refund will be issued to your original payment method for Online Payments.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer. Our customer care representative will reach out to you to obtain bank details to complete the refund.
- Return confirmation and instructions will be provided through email only.
