Return and Exchange Policy

Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience! HOCHE products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days, as long as they are in unused condition.

To Initiate a return or exchange please write to support@hocheparis.in with your order details and reason for return/exchange.

Return and Exchange Policy

All products must be returned in unused condition with original tags, dust bags, and packaging boxes intact.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased during B2G1 Sales, Flash Sales, Monsoon Sale , Diwali Sale or Final Sales, Festive Offers , are eligible for replacement or exchange only in cases where a damaged or incorrect item has been delivered. No return will be accepted in any other scenario.

Exchange or return is allowed only once per order.

Orders placed using store credit is non-returnable.

Orders with free gifts are final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For products that are damaged or have a manufacturing defect, please contact Customer Service at support@hocheparis.in within 48 hours of delivery with relevant images/videos.

Refund Policy

  • Refund processing time typically takes 7-10 days.
  • After return approval, pickup arrangements are completed within 48 hours.
  • Returned Item will reach our warehouse typically in 4-6 days after pickup.
  • Once received we conduct a quality inspection, which may take up to 48 hours.
  • After the quality check, refunds will be issued as store credit for both online and COD orders. The store credit is valid for a lifetime and can be used for any future purchases.
  • Return confirmation and instructions will be provided through email only.
